After a turbulent 5 months for all of the hospitality industry, we are so thrilled to be back – on our website and on social media! What better come back than reaching 7000 instagram followers. We want to thank all of our customers, old and new, wholesale and website, for your support. To ‘share the love’ on social media, we thought we’d share our top 7 tags over these past few weeks.

We love to see how our garnishes, herbs and vegetables are used and having so many to choose from isn’t easy. Although I’m sure everyone will agree that the picks we’ve chosen really are some show-stopping plates and cakes.

Paul is new to The Nurtured Way and we are just loving his Instagram feed too. Full of sensational dishes and the odd family snap, Paul’s Instagram shows off real talent! And loads of edible flowers! If you want to see how you can use edible flowers across both sweet and savoury dishes, his page is definitely worth a follow.

The favourite tag we’ve chosen from Paul is his Lemon Mascarpone, honeycomb, pink peppercorn crumb, figs, bee pollen, basil mint, finger-lime and violas. He says himself that this is such a summery dessert, and we couldn’t agree more! The wonderful pops of colour from the viola flowers, we absolutely love.

From @havehandswillcook, the tag we’ve chosen is just a classic. All dishes across her feed are just  incredibly clean and let the micros do the talking. Her whole page shows off intricate work – she seems to take an ‘ordinary’ dish to almighty heights; making them look so elegant and fresh. When you picture insta-worthy garnishes, Joy’s page is just that.

A favourite tag that we’ve chosen has got to be her Confit New Potatoes, Green Beans, Salad Burnet Leaves and Blue Cornflowers

@Bakewithpops Instagram is just pastel heaven. She showcases so many different bakes and tasty treats, her instagram is just irresistible! From macaroons to floral pavlovas and cupcakes, Pops’ page will have you instantly dropping her a DM for an order! One of our favourite tags from Pops is her Victoria Sponge Cake which is decorated perfectly with fruit and edible flowers.

Bakesby.olivia Tier Cake with Edible Flowers

Another page that always share with us the most beautiful bakes is @bakesby.olivia. Stunning tier and drip cakes adorn Olivia’s feed. Olivia doesn’t just bake stunning birthday cakes, but beautiful wedding cakes too. It wasn’t easy to choose, but our favourite tag has got to be her most recent, which she captioned, ‘Going for Gold‘, and it really is rather spectacular!

Decorated with a crown of pale pink and white edible flowers, we absolutely love this one.

Scott is the Head Chef at Crockers Tring in Hertfordshire, and wow, his dishes are impressive! Scott is so clean with his plating, it makes his page such a pleasure to scroll through. All of his dishes are garnished to perfection, it was so hard to choose just one favourite! Although one we feel is definitely worth a mention is his Brill, Porthilly Oyster Vichyssoise garnished wonderfully with a single oyster leaf.

Robbie shared a totally mouth watering dish with us last month and it easily makes it into our top 7! Utilising baby leeks, baby turnips and lemon verbena, Robbie’s dish was definitely a show stopper! His whole page is a feast for the eyes and just swiping through only a few posts will be make you hungry. You can read more about Robbie on his profile on The Nurtured Way. James Self main course garnished with herbsOne of our most recent tags, and a dish that looks totally delicious! If you glance across James’s page, you will see more stunning dishes. Full of hearty food, which is wonderfully presented with micro greens and edible leaves, his page is definitely worth a follow!
