Exose Grant Lopo-Ndinga

I am Exose Grant, I currently work at James Martin Manchester and own my own cake business specialising in cupcakes and celebration cakes. My passion for cooking came from cooking with my mum at home and being recognised for my cookery talents in high school.

I love using Nurtured in Norfolk products, they’re fresh, natural, tasty and the perfect finish to my dishes. I use a lot of the micro herbs to garnish and finish my dishes to add colour and a prestige look.
