I am a Chef with over 29 years’ experience in the catering industry. I have explored all aspects of the catering world, from working in different cuisine restaurants to teaching in colleges and secondary schools to being a private chef,10 years’ experience as a Chef/Lecturer/Assessor working in colleges and secondary schools, SEN schools. Private cookery classes in groups and private households for adults and children homes. I was also a quarter finalist on Masterchef: The Professional’s 2018.
I own a bespoke personal chef catering company since 2012 in which I have 8 years’ experience as a private chef for individuals, couples and families – planning and cooking daily/ weekly meals, nutrition and dietary planning. I have the ability and knowledge to cook all types of cuisines. (I sign disclosure forms for all clients that require). We also won ‘Who Will Care 2015’ Business Award.
I have had the chance to work with some of the best chefs in this country. Which has taught me discipline and passion for my career, I am always willing to learn and progress in anything I do. I am a responsible and self-motivated individual who produces a high standard of work, with efficiency. I am a conscientious individual who can work independently using my own initiative as well as part of a team. I’m willing to turn my hand to most things in order to learn new skills and gain new opportunities.
I like to spend my spare creating new dishes and doing staging in different types of restaurants to keep my passion and knowledge of alive. Most importantly spending time with my family
