I’m sure it is a very tricky drop making sure they get to the customer in perfect condition. I have the same issue with chocolatey postal brownies in 30c vans…
I’ve just popped a custom colour order in for pink, purples and blues.
Thanks for your help!
Glad you have got them now and put them into the fridge! it is so warm today J
Thank you for the heads up on the Dahlia, i have spoken with our picker about this and she said Dahlia’s are a tricky flower to gauge, when they are in full bloom this is a common occurrence for the petals to fall off but if she picked them a day younger some of the petals may not be 100% open so it is a little battle we have with ourselves haha!
And of course you can specify colours! J pop them in the comments box when filling in your delivery address, we will always do our best to fulfil requests and if we have any troubles we will give you a call to discuss our ideas.
I must have just missed it.
I have got them and they are absolutely fine and now chilling in the fridge.
Thank you for the free samples.
The Dahlia sample didn’t make it unfortunately which isn’t a problem but thought I would mention it so you know for any other orders. The petals fell off them all when I picked them up.
For future orders, I was wondering if it’s possible to choose colours? Say I needed pinks and purples for my violas – would that be possible? Usually my customers request colour schemes for their cakes which often makes it hard for me to find things so thought I would ask.
It says it was delivered at 1.30pm this afternoon.
Do you know what time it was delivered?
I haven’t received it yet? But I’m currently out delivering a cake so can’t check.
The following note has been added to your order:
Just checking everything was delivered okay today & fresh enough for you?
