I am a butcher’s daughter from Long Clawson, near Melton Mowbray. I have been cooking professionally for 22 years. I trained at Graveyte Manor and then went on to be a private chef for the Bamford, Sainsbury and Soros families. I reached the finals of professional MasterChef in 2009. I then opened restaurant Marianne in 2013, won the AMEX London Restaurant Festival Chef of the Year 2013 and last year, in 2017, we won the Top Gastronomic Experience by Hardens Restaurant Guide.
