Max Emmerson

I’m 31 years old and have been a chef for the last 14 years. I’ve worked all over Norfolk from the Mad Moose, Hunny Bell in Holt and helped open The Hero in Burnham Overy Staithe. I’ve also worked at Gordon Ramsey at Claridges in London and overseas in New York.

For as long as I can remember I’ve been using Nurtured in Norfolk to finish most dishes off and add more flavour to dishes and always found it an outstanding produce to use.
