Oliver Martin

I’m currently Head Chef at Hipping Hall in Lancashire, it boarders onto the counties of Yorkshire and Cumbria so its quite a unique location. I’ve been working here for the past 5 years, before that I spent time working in Australia, Gilpin, France and Northcote Manor.
