‘I’m happily married with 5 kids. As well as creating dishes to cook for my family, I’m a keen musician & singer/songwriter. In my day job I run a team of business analysts in the UK for a large Global company called Sedgwick. As part of my role I manage an offshore team in India also. This has meant that I’ve spent some time in India and sampled some outstanding food.’
