Dinner from the Sea
July 4, 2018
Thin, succulent and green, this unique garnish has a mild salty, juicy flavour. Its taste is crisp and crunchy with an intensely salty kick.
Due to it’s salty flavour, it makes salicornia a wonderful accompaniment to seafood especially, but also a great addition to poultry and meat dishes. You can also eat it raw in a salad, steamed, or stir fried.
