Bronze Fennel edible leaves are often used in a variety of baked goods, such as breads and biscuits. They also pair well with baby vegetables like carrots, beetroots and turnips. In addition, the edible leaves can be boiled and made into a herbal tea, as well as an excellent addition to drinks, in a fresh-tasting infusion or mixed with gin. Try the leaves steamed or grilled, and pair with meats such as fish, pork and poultry. The delicate leaves make for an attractive garnish for green and grain salads, pasta and rice dishes. Fennel edible leaves can be eaten in a variety of ways. Try them as a garnish, caramelised or pureed into soups and sauces. They complement a lot of ingredients, including leeks, garlic and root vegetables. Also, artichokes, tomatoes and cheese.

Taste: Bronze Fennel edible leaves are aromatic and have the well-known sweet, fennel-like taste that has notes of liquorice and anise, with mint and citrus undertones.
