Uses: This herb is most commonly used fresh and paired with seafood, duck and chicken. This aromatic herb is often in use for Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia cuisines. Due to it's strong aroma Vietnamese Cilantro is used with curries, soups and noodle dishes. It's alternatively used the leaves as a substitute for mint or coriander for a variety of recipes. It also pairs well with yogurt, cheese, tropical fruit, tomatoes and fresh bunched herbs. In southeast asian cuisine this herb is in use to replace peppermint.
