Fuchsia edible flowers are best used in fresh culinary preparations, for their vibrant colours and scent. Use the flowers as a garnish to decorate cakes, sorbets and delicate pastries. They can also be added to green and grain salads or used as a garnish on cold soups, quiche and ceviche. Add the whole flower to lemonades and cocktails or freeze the edible flowers into ice cubes and ice lollies. Alternatively, pull the petals from this flower to create a beautiful ‘confetti’ for your bakes. The vibrant colours and delicate shape of fuchsias make them a great addition to any sweet dessert. For instance, use edible flowers on wedding, birthday or anniversary cakes. Create entire edible arrangements on your cakes by shopping the rest of our edible flower range.

Taste: Fuchsia edible flowers have a neutral scent and a flavour that is mildly sweet with subtle hints of lemon. To enhance the petal flavour, remove the stamen pistils before eating or using as a decorative garnish.
