Pink Stem Radish micro cress is best used as a savoury garnish. Chop and mix radish microgreens into cold savoury dishes and canapés which are in need of a kick of spice. The micro herbs will wilt when exposed to high heats, so it’s best to add our range of Radish micro cress at the last stage of cooking. For example, a handful of shoots can be tossed into hot stir fries just before serving. The micro herb also goes well with cheese, including goats cheese, mozzarella and soft cheese. Why not try garnishing soft cheese crackers with a few shoots of Pink Stem Radish for a unique twist.

Taste: Micro Pink Stem Radish has smooth green, heart-shaped leaves. Although, true to its name, its stems are a contrasting vibrant pink colour. These shoots are thicker and 'meatier' in texture, compared to other micro greens. Their flavour is very similar to the peppery kick of a baby radish.
