The speckled red and green colours of Ruby Frills micro cress adds a delicate vibrancy to a range of dishes. Due to the spicy mustard flavour of the micro herb, Micro Ruby Frills are best reserved for savoury applications. Try this flavourful microgreen with ingredients such as cheese, balsamic vinegar, cucumber, tomato, olives, and garlic. Micro Ruby Frills can be sprinkled on starters, mains and canapés as a garnish.
