Are you looking for something a little bit different that adds spice and flavour to your dishes? Our new range of herb oils will do just that. Our herbs are infused with rapeseed oil, giving them an intense flavour that can be used in a variety of ways, in a variety of dishes. With a shelf life of 28 days, maximise this months dishes with our new herb oils. Below you’ll find a selection of oils from our new range, plus some simple ways you can use them. Not only will they enhance your creations, they’ll also inspire you to make new ones.

Tarragon Herb Oil:

Tarragon has a unique flavour, it’s the oil to go for if it’s a bitter sweet taste you’re after. This Tarragon infused oil can be splashed over salads as a dressing or garnish. Additionally, use the notes of anise and vanilla within this herb oil to compliment a range of desserts. Tarragon pairs well with egg and potato dishes due to its peppery flavour. It’s often used within French cuisine, so instead of adding fresh tarragon to your béarnaise sauce, use the herb oil to strengthen the flavour.

Parsley Herb Oil:

This is the perfect herb oil to use if you’re wanting to give dishes an earthy flavour. Furthermore, the mild flavours of this herb make it the perfect addition to butter, to give it a light peppery flavour. Parsley pairs very well with mixed vegetables, so drizzle some Parsley oil over before roasting your mixed vegetables. The colouring of this herb oil can be used for plate art, dressing or within soups to give a covering of colour. Therefore, using this oil can give your dishes that vibrant and flattering green finish.

Basil Herb Oil:

This green herb oil is an easy way to add notes of citrus and pepper to pasta dishes, pizzas and salads. Due to its strong flavours resembling pesto, it’s best used within Italian cuisine and therefore compliments pasta and chicken dishes very well. Take this herb oil and pair with tomatoes, garlic and mint to optimise its flavour. Therefore, we suggest adding a few drops to pesto dishes to enhance the flavour, which would pair perfectly with a chicken and tomato pasta dish. Our selection of herb oils pack a lot of flavour, so you’ll only need to use a few drops.

Mint Herb Oil:

Did you know that our Mint herb oil is the most flexible oil in the range? Ideal for chefs, mixologists and those of you at home who want to add freshness to your evening meals. Chefs, use this herb oil as an aromatic and flavourful garnish. Mint pairs perfectly to chocolate and citrus, so drizzle over your desserts. Mixologists, blend this into your cocktails to enhance the flavour of mint in your mojitos. Home cooks, use this herb oil to pair with savoury dishes, such as soups, salads, vegetables and meats like lamb.

Nasturtium Herb Oil:

Fresh Nasturtium leaves have been infused with rapeseed oil to produce this exquisite green herb oil. This is the oil to use if you’re looking to add a softer spice to your dishes. Its peppery bite can give butter and cream cheeses the kick you’ve been looking for. Considering the flavour profile of the Nasturtium leaf, this herb oil provides a perfect dressing to salads, breads and soups. Furthermore, this herb oil has a mustard aroma and can be used to intensify the flavours in your dishes.

Chicken Liver Parfait Recipe:

Maciek Migryt, head chef at The Carington Arms has been busy with our herb oils. He’s made Chicken Liver Parfait and finished the dish with our Parsley herb oil. As you can see, it looks delicious and is the perfect inspiration to get you started with our herb oils! If you’re wanting to try the recipe he’s shared with us, follow the steps below.


  • 4kg Livers
  • 500ml Milk
  • 400ml Red Wine
  • 4 Shallots
  • 8 Garlic Cloves
  • 200ml Double Cream
  • 800g Butter
  • 4tbsp Brandy
  • 2 Orange Juice and Peel
  • 3 sprigs of Thyme
  • Parsley Herb Oil



  1. Soak the chicken livers in milk for an hour.
  2. Make a reduction with the wine, shallots, thyme, garlic and orange peel, then reduce by half.
  3. Seal the livers for about 4 minutes.
  4. Blitz the livers, cream, reduction and orange juice until it’s smooth.
  5. Add the butter to thicken and pass through a sieve, then pour into moulds and set.
  6. Cover with butter for tapas and orange jelly.
  7. Finish with Parsley herb oil and serve.
