Unicorn Lattes with Alana Spencer

Recipe 1 –

Ingredients: 

• Glass of Almond Milk
• Cinnamon stick, snapped in half
• 3 Cardamon Pods
• 1 tsp Ground Ginger
• 1tsp Ground Turmeric
• 2 Spoonfuls of Maple Syrup

Method:

Add all the ingredients together in a pan and simmer on a low heat to infuse the flavours.

Remove the cinnamon stick and froth.

Pour into the latte glass and decorate with tagete edible flowers and glitter.

Recipe 2 –

Ingredients: 

• Glass of Strawberry Milk
• Pink Food Colouring
• 1 tbsp White Chocolate Buttons

Method: 

Pour the glass of milk into a milk frother (or a pan on the hob if you don’t have a brother) and leave it to heat through and froth.

Add your chocolate buttons to your Put the chocolate buttons in the bottom of the glass and pour the hot milk on top. Stir the drink to melt the chocolate.

Top your glass with the frothed milk and decorate with edible flowers.
