A Passion to Inspire

Founded and run by Murray Chapman ‘A Passion to Inspire‘ was set up in 2009 to bridge the gap between up and coming catering and hospitality students and the hospitality industry. A Passion to Inspire has raised over £200k for charities.

Nurtured in Norfolk have been involved with the competition since the very beginnning, offering & donating our produce and giving the winners an opportuinity to visit our team and explore our grounds.

We would like to congratulate team West Suffolk College – Chefs Crystal Newton, Alex Cornwell & FOH Will Shinn for being declared victorious for 2018 and claiming their grand prize.

Winning Menu:

Starter – Tempura of Loch Duart Salmon Belly Lime, Grapefruit, Soy, Peanut & Avocado

MainCreedy Carver Duck Breast, Duck Fat Pomme Anna, Kibbeh, Wild Garlic, Peas, Broad Beans, White Asparagus & Dukkah

Dessert – Apple Tarte Tatin, Vanilla & Calvados
