Last night we had the honour of being invited to the Veg-Out Supper Club at OPEN, Norwich.  Showcasing an array of beautiful flavours in vegan food, with a 2 course meal and live music from Lydia Lee.

A fantastic cooking demo from the amazing vegan chef Sara by Nature, a plant-based recipe developer. Creating 2 signature dishes using local and fresh ingredients – Vegan soft cheese and Meringue Kisses.

It was truly fantastic to be a part of an evening of fundraising for OPEN Youth Trust, and not having tried vegan food before, the menu was surprisingly delicious (being meat-eaters ourselves!)
