Vegan Leanne valentines themed menu using nurtured in norfolk’s micro cress, edible flowers, edible leaves, herbs, sea veg, pea shoots and micro/baby veg.


Blend all ingredients and refrigerate! Serve with crackers, bread or crudités.

  • Can Chickpeas 9save water for this white chocolate mousse)
  • Small Garlic Clove
  • Salt
  • Lemon Juice
  • Black Pepper
  • Tahini 9optional-omit to keep oil free)
