It was an absolute honour to be invited to the new launch of the new youth café and private dining service at OPEN, Norwich. Enabling young people to gain valuable catering and hospitality experience.

It was truly inspirational to hear that the OPEN youth trust provides opportunities for young people in Norfolk, including those who are most disadvantaged by organising such events as afternoon teas, fun themed food and drink events, festivals and private dining services.

It was a great evening trying and testing all the yummy food made from locally-sourced produce. Created by Head Chef, Andrew Baker, with the help of apprentices who are working towards accreditation for their future.

We also spotted our Micro Cress and Edible Flowers decorating the cocktails and Canapés!
