Daisy Picks Buckler Sorrel

Daisy is always up to date with all of our latest products here at Nurtured in Norfolk and when Daisy Picks she tells you why her favourite product this week is Buckler Sorrel.


Likened to a “teeny, tiny green shield”, Buckler Sorrel has a “deceptive, sharp, lemony taste”. 

Daisy went on to talk about some great ways you can use Buckler Sorrel…

“perfect to go with creamy fish dishes, to decorate artistic cocktails, or to freshen up a chocolate dessert”


A salad composed of a range of micro greens and garnished with buckler sorrel makes for an uplifting January dish. It’s lemony tang also make it the perfect accompaniment to a fish starter.
