Bellis Daisy edible flowers are known for their unique look and colour. Try using this edible flower whole as a decoration on sweet and savoury plates and cakes. The flower works particularly well on a range of baked goods, including cupcakes, larger celebration cakes, cake pops, and biscuits. We recommend using them on naked cakes when using the whole flower. Accompany this flower with others on your bakes for a beautiful edible arrangement. Or, use the flower petals pulled from the flower head. Pulling the petals from just one head will leave you with masses of petals to play with. Then individually sprinkle them as ‘confetti’ on cakes and plates. Bellis Daisies can also be frozen into ice cubes for cocktails and summer drinks. Alternatively, they can be paired with savoury dishes including salads, soups or sandwiches.

Taste: Bellis Daisy edible flowers have a very subtle flavour and a slight bitter aftertaste. Due to their very muted flavour, they can be used on sweet and savoury dishes as well as in drinks, without affecting the overall flavours of the dish or drink. As their flavour is more limited, this is a product you can use simply for its aesthetic appeal.
