Our Edible Flower & Leaf pressed mix offers an easy way to enhance all dishes and drinks. As well as bakes, cakes, grazing platters and more. Our pressed mix selection is used to garnish larger celebration cakes and sweet treats. In addition, you can use the edible flowers whole, or pull the petals and sprinkle them as ‘confetti’ to enhance your bakes. This mix is perfect for cake decorating for all occasions including weddings, birthdays and more. Alternatively use our pressed mix for savoury creations, as it can be used to garnish tasting menus and drinks.
