Uses: Roses can be used as a garnish or flavouring for a variety of dishes and drinks. Most commonly, edible Roses are used as sweet garnishes. The edible flowers can be used whole, pushed into buttercream cakes. As well as larger celebration cakes, Roses can also be used as cocktail garnishes. The larger flowers can be floated atop jugs of summer punch, or festive cocktails. The petals can also be used on their own. For example, the petals can be picked off the flowers individually and floated on drinks, or pressed into brownie slabs. Along with cupcakes, drinks and desserts, our Rose edible flowers can also be used to flavour jams and syrups, or be frozen into ice cubes. When freezing edible Rose petals into ice cubes, be sure to add and freeze the water in stages, to avoid the flowers floating to the top.
