Pressed Yarrow edible leaves are a strong flavouring herb, best used in raw culinary preparation. This makes it perfect for adding to grain salads and pasta dishes. In addition, why not try and use their sweetness to make your own ‘flavoured tea’ and combine the Pressed Yarrow edible leaves with boiling water. Although best suited to savoury dishes, they do also work well in sweet preparations, such as sorbets, ice creams and creme Brûlée. These pressed leaves are best used on celebratory cakes, tray bakes and cupcakes. However, they can also be used as a garnish on savoury appetisers and cocktails. Add a natural look to your bakes with these edible leaves, a style that continues to trend and dominate the industry.

Taste: Pressed Yarrow is a herb that has a liquorice-like aroma and mildly sweet flavour. It retains this aroma even when pressed. However, our pressed edible leaf range will always have a weaker taste than their fresh counterpart.
