Did you see Saturday Kitchen last saturday?
Our edible flowers and Pea shoots were spotted last weekend on Saturday kitchen by Chefs Amandine Chaignot and Niklas Ekstedt.
Amandine Chaignot cooked a colourful red mullet, leeks and bone marrow-stuffed potatoes. Niklas Ekstedt cooked a exquiste vegtarian dish of a whole roasted celeriac with hazelnuts, sourdough croutons and greens.
