I am a 27 year old male who is extremely passionate about food. Other passions are football and going to the cinema. I have worked for a variety of high end hotels and restaurants starting at The Lanesborough, then moved to Geneva to work at The Grand Hotel Kempinski after there I went to Aubergue du L’ion D’or my first started place. After this I went for the dream most young chefs have of working and living in Paris at Le celadon. And finally I have been working under the excellent guidance of Steve Smith at Bohemia in Jersey for just over two years.
