My name is Chris Mcphee, I’m a 30 year old head chef, I work at the Freemasons Arms in Nosterfield in North Yorkshire. Here we focus on using nothing but local produce serving up classic British dishes with small twists on them making them our own. There are Myself and a sous chef, with the help of a part time trainee, keeping the team small, we really get to be hands on and all think in the same creative mind. Exceeding nothing but the best for what we do.
