Mike Eaglesfield

“I’m Birmingham born & bred, a very proud Brummie. I am completely obsessed with anything to do with food, from consuming TV show after TV show, reading any and every cookery book I can get my hands on, and attending all sorts of food festivals and events. As a day job I’m an Insurance Executive, and my career to date has always been centered around sales. I think this is something I love – talking and interacting with people. My wife and I have also started a home-dining company called Canary and Kitchen, operating in and around the Birmingham area where we provide unique home dining experiences where we deliver big flavours from a humble ingredient”.
