I am a pastry chef at The Hurlingham Club and recently appeared on Bake Off: The Professionals 2020 as team captain, reaching the semi finals.
I love working with fresh flavours, playing on sweet and savoury aspects in my desserts. My dishes tend to be clean tasting but full of flavour.
