Edible tiny marigold flowers used to garnish a rice dish

From my first visit to Nurtured in Norfolk a few years ago to film about the business, I’ve always been inspired, not least by the huge number of edible flowers and micro greens, but by the business success and ethic. Since then we’ve worked together on numerous projects to spread the word about edible flowers and I continuously use top class flowers provided by Nurtured in Norfolk in food, baking and cocktails. Can’t beat it!
