George Dack, born in Norwich, 1992.
My career started by simply watering a hanging basket in a local beer garden for the owners for a bit of cash in the pocket!
I then became a kitchen porter from the age of 16 and helped in the kitchen alongside the Head Chef and the rest of the team. As time went by I studied at City College Norwich, where my career began. Working in various fine dine restaurants, hotels & pubs, I became Head Chef at the age of justĀ 23.
Working and living in Norfolk is great for local fresh ingredients which I am spoilt for choice. Nurtured in Norfolk is one of my all time favourite suppliers and growers which I have been using for many years and always get exited to see what is next for them.
