Edible nasturtium flowers used to add spicy flavour to a fish dish

Though I grow a lot of my own edible flowers, in the colder months or when I’m very busy and need a flower-boost for my orders, afternoon teas and supper clubs, I’ll always turn to Nurtured in Norfolk.
