Jamie Docker

Jamie Docker – I really enjoy using nurtured products and experimenting with them, especially the micro herbs and edible flowers. Interesting to see how to pair certain things and make them an appropriate yet critical part to pairing with a dish! My favourite is basil cress as it’s so fresh and beautiful to look at.

Myself, I enjoy going out to the somerleyton kitchen garden to see what produce we have coming up for the different seasons to create lovely menus. Even out of work I like eating out and even a little foraging for fresh fruits when the season is right ! I enjoy working at the fritton arms and have a great team behind me! I look forward to the winter season ahead as the estate will be producing lovely game for the kitchen, it’s a lovely “farm to fork “ experience not only for me but the customers too!
