Luke Daniels

I’m 31 years old from Scarborough, North Yorkshire and currently the Head Chef at the Weston Hotel. Initially I had no plans to become a chef, but went to college to do graphic and 3D design. After freelancing for a while, the necessity to have a steady job made me take a pot wash role, and that was that. I worked my way up through the ranks and have never looked back since.
