Nisha Parmar

“I am in my element in the kitchen. Creating dishes with amazing ingredients that everyone will savour and love. There is nothing more satisfying than watching someone enjoy the food I’ve cooked. Going to restaurants is my ultimate pleasure but also my education. I pick up tips and tricks and recreate the restaurant experience at home.

Travelling the world is my true inspiration. While most people enjoy going to the fancy restaurants, I’ll be the girl sitting with the woman at the beach shack mesmerised by her family recipes. I have kept journals of recipes gathered from Thailand, Langkawi, Bali, India and the Caribbean close to me.”
