Baby Carrots Rainbow are extremely versatile. Show off their vibrant colours and tender crisp texture on a fresh Baby Vegetable tray or Canapé platter. Furthermore, enhance their farm fresh taste with a variety of different dips and dressings. Steam, microwave, braise, boil, roast or bake with other vegetables to complement the sweet and earthy flavours. In addition, Rainbow Carrots are the perfect side dish for roasted, grilled or sautéed meat starters. Also, kids love them for their vibrant colours and sweet flavours.

Taste: Our Baby Carrots come in a variety of colours, including orange, yellow and purple and are picked at their very young stages for harvest. Baby Heritage Carrots range in size from 2 to 4 inches in length. Even though they are small in size, they offer a strong and sweet carrot taste with subtle herbaceous notes. They are available mostly all year round and have a tender crisp texture. For maximum flavour and texture, we recommend using our Baby Vegetables within 5 days.
