Broccoli micro cress is a nutrient dense microgreen which can be used in a variety of ways. It is most commonly used as a robust raw garnish, although it can be used as a vegetable in its own right. For example, a handful of these micro herbs can be blended into a tropical green smoothie. Furthermore, try tossing a handful of the leaves through a salad, or add to a sandwich. They can also be used as a garnish on egg dishes such as omelettes and quiches, as well as a garnish for canapés and meaty mains. Micro Broccoli cress pairs well with garlic, bell peppers, onions, carrots, sun-dried tomatoes, potatoes and olives. However they can be added to any meal or snack for extra texture and nutritional value.

Taste: Broccoli micro cress leaves are smooth and heart shaped with a succulent and crunchy texture. The flavour of the Micro Broccoli is mild with a sweet and earthy Broccoli flavour, which has a slightly bitter after bite.
