Chard Bulls Blood micro cress is best used raw as an edible garnish. Micro Bulls Blood offers a sweet and earthy flavour that is well suited for both sweet and savoury dishes. To avoid wilting, it’s best to use these microgreens in the final stages of cooking. The earthy flavours of this micro herb complement a variety of ingredients. For example, root vegetables, chickpeas, quinoa, nuts, feta, ginger and garlic. Use Chard Bulls Blood micro cress to decorate dishes such as sandwiches, grain bowls, salads, omelettes, quiches, creamy pastas, canapés and avocado toast. The earthy-beet flavour of Chard Bulls Blood also cuts through more indulgent dishes such as macaroni cheese, quiche and creamy pasta dishes.
