Fuchsia edible flowers are best used in fresh culinary preparations, for their vibrant colours and scent. Use the flowers as a garnish to decorate cakes, sorbets and delicate pastries. They can also be added to green and grain salads or used as a garnish on cold soups, quiche and ceviche.
