Taste: These pressed Lime Leaves are also known as Makrut Lim, Thai Lime Leaves and Bai Ma Grood. Their taste is mild, with a delicate sweet and citrus flavour. The Kaffir lime leaf taste is milder in it's pressed form in comparison to fresh.

Uses: Pressed Kaffir lime edible leaves are used across Asian cuisine and widely used in Thai cuisine for dishes such as 'Tom Yum'. In Vietnamese cuisine they add fragrance to chicken dishes.
