In addition, it’s the perfect garnish for adding that something extra to grazing platters, sauces, pestos and more. Furthermore, our Micro Cress mixed wheel can be used to garnish sweet dishes and even drinks and cakes. Moreover, these tiny micros can be used alone, or with their mature herb counterparts. Each microgreen can be used individually as a garnish, or they can be tossed together to make a flavourful micro salad.

Taste: Our Selection Wheel contains a selection of our very best micro herbs which are available on the day. Each microgreen has an individual flavour and texture, making this punnet totally unique.
