Pressed daisies can be used in many ways. Due to their very muted flavour, they can be used on sweet and savoury dishes as well as drinks, without affecting the overall flavours. As their flavour is more limited, this is a product you can use simply for its aesthetic appeal. Although they can be used on savoury mains, starters, and canapés, Mini Daisies are most popularly used as a garnish for sweet dishes and drinks. Mini Daisy pressed edible flowers can be used atop cakes. These delicate flowers can be used with other pressed edible flowers or just by themselves. They can be pushed into larger celebration cakes, or placed atop cupcakes. The petals can be pulled off the pressed flower and will help to make the edible flowers go further. Alternatively, they can be floated atop drinks. Pressed flowers are effective as drink garnishes as they don’t take on as much liquid as fresh flowers. Therefore, they will last longer!

Taste: Mini Daisy pressed edible flowers come in hues of pink and yellows. As they are pressed and dried, they have a very muted flavour. Therefore, they're often used purely for their aesthetic appeal.
