Our pressed Mint edible flowers offer an easy way to enhance all cake decorating. As well as pastries, grazing platters and more. Our pressed edible flowers are also used to garnish larger celebration cakes and sweet treats. The mint flowers can be used whole, or just the petals alone. The petals can be pulled from the larger flowers and placed individually on dishes and cakes, or sprinkled as ‘confetti’ to enhance dishes.
