Par-Cel is best used for raw preparations and is most commonly used as a garnish on savoury dishes. It can be used as an attractive garnish for any dish where celery or parsley are the main flavours. For example, it’s a great garnish for celery soup. In addition, it may be used as a garnish for meat, cheese and crudité platters. The refreshing and attractive little leaves will brighten up sandwiches, salads and stir fries. If using on stir fries, it is recommended that Par-Cel micro cress is added right at the end of cooking, to avoid the microgreen wilting. Par-Cel will compliment ingredients such as halibut, tuna and crab. As well as cheese, lemon, eggs, onion and bacon. Just like many other micro herbs, Par-Cel works nicely when used with other mature herbs. For example, it can be used with Tarragon, Parsley, Chives and Sage.

Taste: Also known as Leaf Celery, Parc-Cel micro cress has strong flavours. These are sharp, refreshing and incredibly reminiscent of Celery and parsley
