Do be careful with this microgreen, as like others if exposed to high heat for a prolonged period of time, Daikon Radish micro cress will wilt. It is therefore best to be used as a garnish, sprinkled on dishes at the last moment. Micro Daikon Radish is best used for savoury preparations.
