Pressed Roses can be used as a garnish or flavouring for a variety of dishes and drinks. Most commonly, edible Roses are used as sweet garnishes. The edible flowers can be pushed into buttercream cakes, as well as larger celebration cakes. Roses can also be used as cocktail garnishes. The flower petals can be floated atop jugs of summer punch or festive cocktails. The petals can also be used on their own. For example, the petals can be individually floated in drinks or pressed into brownie slabs. Along with cupcakes, drinks and desserts, our Rose edible flowers can be used to flavour jams and syrups or frozen into ice cubes. When freezing edible Rose petals into ice cubes, be sure to add and freeze the water in stages, to avoid the petals floating to the top.

Taste: Rose edible flowers have a mild flavour and perfume aroma. The pressed Roses are available in a deep red colour. The scent and flavour of the flowers is limited, with sweet undertones.
