Our Rosemary infused herb oil is a simple way to add depth and warmth to your dishes – bringing earthy, fragrant notes that transform everyday meals. Fresh rosemary is naturally infused with rapeseed oil for an authentic, full-bodied flavour.

Sous Chef suggests, as well as being a great finishing oil for roasted meats, soups and breads, the infused oil is also suitable for cooking at low and medium temperatures too. Try brushing over focaccia before baking or drizzling over roast potatoes for a golden, flavourful finish.
