Our Valentines coloured Edible Flower and Cress Wheel offers an easy way to enhance all the romantic dishes and drinks for the special occasions this February. The selection of fresh edible flowers in this Wheel are perfect for decorating cakes, cupcakes, brownies and more. The edible flowers can be used whole or even just for their the petals. Alternatively, pull the petals from the larger flowers and place individually on special bakes and cakes, or sprinkled as ‘confetti’ to enhance your dish.  In addition, the selection of Micro Cress is perfect for garnishing dishes and adding that little something extra to grazing platters, sauces, pestos and more. Furthermore, our Edible Flowers can be frozen into ice cubes for a unique spin on traditional cocktails.
