Garlic edible flowers are great for use on savoury dishes. They can be on both hot and cold dishes, including soups and salads. They are best used to liven up canapés, savoury starters and mains. The vibrant pink adds a show stopping colour to savoury courses, whilst the white Garlic flowers add subtle elegance. This flower compliments meat dishes, grilled vegetables, omelettes and stir fries. Although, Wild Garlic can be used for more than its decorative purposes. We recommend them in a leaf salad to grasp their flavour. They can also be used to flavour butters, pestos and a variety of sauces.

Taste: The flavour of this wild edible flower tends to be more distinct than the leaf, although not overpowering. As wild garlic flowers have a strong garlic smell but have a much mellower taste than conventional garlic. Not leaving the same bad breath as conventional garlic. They have a sweeter flavour with a peppery bite, and a subtle texture.
